1.)u need to open ports from u'r modem.This is modem or router specific.To forward ports for u'r modem goto "http://portforward.com/routers.htm" and search for u'r router type and u find the detailed information about the port forwarding.
2.)now u should set the "net.max_halfopen" limit to something like '80' or higher.
this can be done by:options>preferences>advanced>net.max_halfopen
3.)set the download limit to "0"(no limit) and the up load limit to around 40 to 50.if seeding is good u can set upload limit "automatic".
4.)remeber that highest seeding torrent will give u greater downloads.so,allways prefer highest sedding torrent
